I may be almost thirty-one...

...but this is currently my favorite album right now. Am I embarrassed about this fact? A bit. But more embarrassing is that Jonathan can now sing most of the words to "Womanizer."

I little more white hair sprouts on my chin when . . .
a) my wife listens to Brittany Spears
b) my son is forced to as well
c) she admits it freely and without remorse
d) my son can't sing "Jesus Loves You" but has most of "Womanizer" down

Where did I go wrong. I even took her to a Louisville Orchestra concert. I suppose I'll try opera next. Something classical has to trump this Brittany trainwreck. Is there no hope?

WHYYYYYYYYYYYY MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Oh, Jennifer. Banish the Brit from your home! Although if you like "Womanizer," you should really listen to this version:

Also, the venue has changed for my birthday (where we can also celebrate yours!) and is now Basa Restaurant on Frankfort. I hope to see you guys there! (7:00 on Saturday, I'll understand if you can't swing a babysitter)

Your child will let the public KNOW what you listen to at the most in-opportune time. Just wait 'til he sings it for his teachers! Kids tell EVERYTHING at school...

that is ok, my daughter will sing "air, air,...air, air"

That's because "Womanizer" only has 4 words in it, and she repeats each one of them twice! LOL. Lily picked up on "(Shorty Got) Low" by Flo Rida and once asked Leslie to skip to "the part about smackin' the booty."

Lurker coming out....

So funny that you posted this because I like to call myself a closet Brittany fan. I love the song Womanizer and I'm sure I would jam to her album but my husband would probably ban the CD from our house if I bought it. LOL. There is other 30 something ladies out there that listen right along with you. Enjoy!
