Dancing in the Park

I just love that little kids have no inhibitions. You feel like you want to dance, you just do it! At the same art fair where made Jonathan's Derby hat, they had live music. Jonathan immediately responded, telling me he wanted to "see the music." It took him a minute to get into it:

Before long, he was dancing and getting Mommy and Daddy into the game. I felt dorky, but it certainly wasn't the first time :)

The great thing is that, throughout the summer, they have weekend concerts in this same location. Bryan and I love that sort of thing and I am happy that, at least preliminarily, Jonathan does, too.

Man, I love to dance so much, and am woefully lacking in the required lack of inhibition to do it often, and publicly. Kids and dancing are just one of the best combinations ever!

Sounds like a great time. Jonathan looks great out there dancing and showing off his moves.

Might as well throw all inhibitions out the window when you're a parent. You'll be doing more dancing, perhaps some awkward singing, and all kinds of emabarassing things for the sake of entertaining your child. That's what it's all about, right?!

Super cute, I love it when Lydia starts to bust a move to my Thriller ring tone...

My dancing guard doesn't usually go down until I've had a few beers. I think I need to be more like Jonathan, though, and just dance when ever I "see the music." I wonder if he can teach me how to bust a few moves. ;)
