Tonight, right as I was getting Jonathan's dinner out of the microwave, my sister called. Bryan was home already so he graciously let me retire to the living room to talk to her and said he could take care of dinner. Imagine my surprise when I saw what occurred:
Obviously they had a great time and Bryan tells me he actually ate a decent amount. Add to that the fact that tonight was a bath night and it was pretty much perfect timing on Bryan's part!

I'm having real trouble with the prefacing of these pictures with a "Dad was in charge" label when this is what J-Diddy looks like after 80% of his meals, with or WITHOUT Dad's capable guidance. I personally think Jonathan did a fantatstic job applying, what I learned in College was called a "Pizogurt" face mask. His skin practically glowed afterwards. JBF aka Dad aka Hubby
Darn that kid of yours! He's too cute and almost -- ALMOST -- makes me want one!
This is so cute! I think they get even cuter the messier they get - at least that's what I tell people when I don't have time to give the kids their baths... Honestly, though, your J-man is totally adorable - pizza, yogurt, and all!
Okay, I was already laughing at his cute messy face, and then I read your DH's comments, and I can't stop laughing! You guys are a riot! Thanks for cheering me up!
Well, I have to say.... I believe you. After 5 minutes of the hubby watching the kids, it looks like a tornado went through our house. No fun!! BUt, it looks like Johnathan hada great time!! I may have to try that mask myself.
Here's what would happen in my house. I'd say,"Oh my! Look at his face!" And hubby would "What? Oh." Guys just aren't wired to notice a mess 95% of the time. That aside, cute li'l guy! And at least it's not in his hair...
