Two evenings ago, Jonathan decided we needed to have a parade. Participating in the parade were a fire truck, a dump truck, some Pottery Barn blocks and a stick pony.
Marching was, of course, involved.
I was not paying attention to the parade at one point and then looked over because I felt like someone was staring at me:
And then I received this look accompanied with a command to carry the blocks. It's hard work being a parade grand master.
Guess who is currently ruling this house??

LOL. Did it really take you this long to figure out your place in the pecking order???
HA!! Of course he's the grand marshal of the house!
I LOVE that marching photo!
Hehehehe!!!! He is too funny!
That is funny..everyone needs a random parade..Lydia was only in NICU for three days..very scary but when I think of the other mommy's that have to go for months to see their babies..I feel lucky.
Awesome, parades always make the day better!
What a fun blog post! Did you take him to a parade recently? Too funny! And isn't everything they do pretty random at this age?!
